We care about your privacy and want you to feel comfortable while using our services. That is why below we present the most important information about how we process your personal data and about the cookies used by our Shop. This information has been prepared in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data controller
The controller of the personal data contained in the website is Like24 sp. c. Krzysztof Dyrda Jakub Kołodziej Aleksandra Kras, NIP (tax ID) 8943141824, REGON 383272902, at ul. Małopanewska 18/2, 54-212 Wrocław, Poland.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you are a registered user and upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.) and social media plugins. Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Payments
We accept BLIK and fast bank transfers via CashBill, fast payments via Autopay (Blue Media) and card payments via Cardinity. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to the payment processing companies, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the order total and billing information.
See the CashBill Privacy Policy, Autopay (Blue Media) Privacy Policy and the Cardinity (Nomupay) Privacy Policy for more details.
Orders
When you make a purchase on our website, the personal data you provide will be used to fulfil the order and subsequently processed for accounting purposes.
Statistical analysis
Anonymous information about purchases and traffic on the shop website is recorded by Google Analytics to obtain information that helps us better tailor advertising to customers' needs.
See the Google Privacy Policy for more details.
Error monitoring
To detect and fix errors in the shop quickly, we use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.). When an error occurs on the site, Sentry receives technical information: a description of the error, the page address, your browser and operating system type, and an approximate location (country and city) derived from your IP address. The IP address itself, form contents (such as order details) and cookies are not stored. The data is stored on servers in the European Union. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the shop working properly (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
See the Sentry Privacy Policy for more details.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Where we send your data
Data collected during your visit to the shop may be passed to:
• payment providers;
• hosting and server service providers;
• error monitoring provider;
• the email provider;
• marketing service providers;
• the relevant public authorities, to the extent that we are required to share data with them.
In addition, visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Data security
When processing your personal data, we apply organisational and technical measures in line with the applicable laws, including encrypting the connection with an SSL certificate.
Your rights
You also have the right to request:
• access to your personal data,
• its rectification,
• its erasure,
• restriction of processing,
• transfer of your data to another controller;
• and to object at any time to the processing of your data:
• on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (i.e. the legitimate interests pursued by the controller), including profiling based on those provisions,
• where personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.
Contact us if you want to exercise your rights. The right to erasure does not cover any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
